Has Proven Winners created the best hydrangea ever? If you compare this to the popular Annabelle Hydrangea and the Limelite Hydrangea they may have bred those two together to create a super hydrangea. Annabelle has a flopping issue and nobody wants to get out the stakes and prop her up. Limelight is beautiful, but to me, it was far from perfect. I personally like Annabelles flowers much better! The Incrediball can take the sun just like Limelite, but doesn't flop over like Annabelle. Also, the flowers look HUGE and are only going to get larger as this plant continues to mature. Check out the video, these flowers are Massive!

I received two Incrediball Hydrangeas from my wife for my birthday in March of 2022. I was very excited but when I opened them, they looked anything but incrediball. To be honest I thought they were dead. The soil was bone dry and the flowers looked like three dead sticks. But, after putting them in the ground and giving them the love (and water) they needed, I had new growth all over them in a matter of two weeks. Here they are the first couple of days in June and they look amazing! That is a lot of growth and flowers in just 3 months.

Keep those leaves nice and dark by using Espoma Acidifier. (This will not change the color of your Hydrangea.)

While planting it's a good idea to add some slow-release fertilizer. It's also a good idea to feed them throughout the summer. Feed your plants with this (Espoma Hollytone):

Also, if you are looking for the best video about Hydrangeas then you must watch this presentation from Paul Allen Smith. It's a deep dive and he covers all types of Hydrangeas. It's great!
