Batten & Allen specializes in the stamping, plating, and assembly of high precision parts for customers in the electronics, automotive, medical, and industrial markets. To ensure the high-quality standards of their clients requiring high precision stamped and electroplated parts, Fischer instruments are used to measure the coating thickness and plating compositions – and that with submicron accuracy!

The most recent project being Batten & Allen´s first in-house selective gold and palladium plating line. The line can run automatically and makes use of a FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY 4100, the inline quality inspection device using the XRF-method.
