In this week's video, I deliver a quick and slightly sleepy word that touches briefly on my new office artwork, excitement for things like spring, growing our impact and influence, and investing in a few upcoming projects (under wraps for now) that we are crossing our fingers will become a reality in 2024.

For all you anti-capitalist job-seekers, or folks who might need reassurance as you strive for change in your professional life, I'm once again touting an anti-capitalist reminder to put yourself first: While many of these big companies and corporations are hanging up "We're Hiring" signs, companies need workers much more than workers need them.
