Pan Seared Barramundi & Zesty Lime Shrimps, Vegetable Coconut with Thai Sauce
Barramundi is one of my favorite types of fish to cook. Local Indonesians love fish straight from the sea.
If you feel frying is too much trouble, you can also grill the barramundi fish fillets directly for 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets. I put some Thai spices in the marinade to bring out the aromatic flavors in the fish and prawns. A simple but restaurant-worthy dish that you can easily recreate at home!
