Amidst widespread corruption in 1986–1987, rejected job applicants Iniyan and his father retaliate by forming a gang to loot corrupt officials. Iniyan's heists expose a corrupt police force, leading to a confrontation with CBI investigator Kurunjivendhan. Despite capture, Iniyan's actions reveal a deeper layer of corruption within the system.
