I have tried to make this delicious Chicken Shrimp Chow Fan 4 times and finally, I got the perfect recipe to share with all of you. It tastes just like the one you ordered from the Chinese Restaurant 😁 Try it and you might like it! 💕

✔️Ingredients
▪️ Fat Rice Noodles - 900g ( fresh noodles )
(For 1 package of Fat Rice Noodles you can make 2 batches. )

▪️Chicken Breast - 200g
▪️ Shrimps - 400g
▪️ Gailan - 400g
▪️ Minced Garlic - 1 bulb
▪️ Shallots or Red Onion - 1 small one
▪️ Green Onions

✔️Marinated Chicken
▪️ Sliced Chicken Breast - 200g
▪️ Salt - 1 pinch
▪️ Sugar - 1/2 tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1/4 Tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tsp
▪️ Sesame Oil - 1/2 Tbsp

✔️ When Stir Fry for each batch
▪️ Cooking Oil - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Minced Garlic - 5cloves
▪️Shallot or Red Onion - 1Tbsp or 1/2 small size
▪️ Marinated Chicken Breast - 100g
▪️ Gailan or Chinese Broccoli - 200g
▪️ Water - 4 Tbsp
( Lower to medium heat and add ingredients below )

▪️ Salt - 2 pinches
▪️ Sugar - 1&1/2 tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tsp
▪️ Regular Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Light Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Dark Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp

▪️ Shrimps - 200g ( add it after add all other ingredients )
- Cook on high heat couple minutes until shrimps are cooked

▪️ Fat Fresh Rice Noodles - 450g - 500g
- Lower to medium heat when add Rice Noodles
▪️ Beansprouts - big handful of 1 Cup
▪️ Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp

- When added Beansprouts, you can turn off heat and add green and green onion to your liking

✨All ingredients can make you 2 batches or Chicken Shrimps Chow Fan
