On this episode, you'll discover General Nakar, a remote mountainous region of Luzon, Philippines, where the Dumagat, an ethnic minority group, live. In this region, the Dumagat farm and hunt for wild cats, jungle fowl, and the Pisukan Honey, a variety of Asian Giant Honey Bees found in the mountains of General Nakar. The honey has odd properties and is used mainly as medicine for coughs and flu, but it can also cause dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, and vomiting if ingested in large quantities, similar to Nepalese mad honey. Watch as we trek through the mountains, brave the weather, and finally get our hands on the elusive Pisukan honey.
