Hello! Today, I'm going to show you How to Make MINI BUKO PIE | AIR FRYER MINI BUKO PIE


INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water ( may matitira pa)
3/4 cup cooking oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk

FILLING
4 pcs buko (coconut meat)
4 cups buko juice ( sabaw ng buko)
1/2 cup milk ( fresh milk or evaporated milk)
1/2 cuo condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream / all purpose cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup and 3 tbsp cornstarch
