Light airy and healthy cottage cheese casserole, the preparation of which you will spend only 3 minutes of your free time.

Products:

Cottage cheese 9% small – 200 gr.
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - a small pinch
Eggs – 1 pc. (medium-sized)
Flour - 1-1.5 tbsp. l. (the curd mass should not be too thick or too liquid)

Any filler - raisins, dried apricots, dried fruits, candied fruits, nuts, berries, etc.
Serve with sour cream, jam or jam.
