After visiting HMP Nottingham, I am wary if I am going to do another prison in the UK again, and even more so, reading that this legislation applies to the entire UK, despite Scotland having it's own Prison Act, that doesn't have this subsection, so, if anyone could inform me whether that is the case for Scotland, it would be much appreciated, as I won't worry too much if I do Scotland then.

But we are auditors, we need to know and understand the law, which many of us don't know every detail, and it could be our downfall. We are supposed to be educating them, and I was conflicted on whether to upload this, but it's a lesson to all of us.
