350 ml mlake vode
1 kesica suvog kvasca (5gr) ili 15 gr svežeg
1 i po kašika šećera
1 i po kašičica soli
30 ml ulja
550 gr glatkog brašna tip 400

1 žumance +1 kašika ulja
