Ingredients:

all purpose flour 180 grams ( 1 1/2 cup)
cake flour 100 grams ( 1 cup)
baking powder 5 grams ( 1 1/2 tsp)
cornstarch 1 tbsp (10 grams)
ube powder 15 grams ( 2 tbsp)

salted butter 165 grams (3 /4 cup)cold
brown sugar 100 grams ( 1/2 cup)
white sugar 120 grams ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
egg 2 large (105 grams)
ube flavouring 2 tbsp
vanilla 1 3/4 tsp

white chocolate 250 grams

Cheesy toppings:

cold butter 85 grams ( 6 tbsp)
all purpose flour 90 grams (3/4 cup)
grated cheese 85 grams ( 1 box minus 1/4)

Baking time: 18-20 minutes (depending on the oven.
Oven temperature: 170°c

Note: Extend the baking time if you use frozen cookie dough.

3 days at room temperature
7 days chiller
1 month in the freezer (cookie dough)
