🧵 Delve into the world of Sami traditions and handicrafts at MUNCH.

In the meditation project associated with Admir Batlak's SOLO OSLO exhibition, Elisabeth Jørgensen has developed several workshops under the collective term Rámis (proud), inspired by traditional Sami handicrafts (duodji) and queer perspectives, where textiles as a carrier of identity are in focus.

SOLO OSLO is part of MUNCH’s commitment to contemporary art. Every year, an Oslo-based artist will have a solo presentation of a new work and a mediator will develop an associated mediation project. The exhibition is held in the distinctive gallery on level 10 of MUNCH, supported by Talent Norway and Canica.
