Hello Friends! Today, I’m excited to share a favourite from our #CloudKitchen menu— #YellowDalTadka, loved by all our customers. This special dal is prepared using our unique Master Gravy, Chop Masala, which not only enhances the flavour but also simplifies the cooking process.

Ingredients :
1 cup moogi masoor mix dal
1/2 cup arhar dal
1 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon hari mirch
1 teaspoon namak
7 cup of water
1 tablespoon jeera
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 small size onion
salt acc. to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon haldi
2 to 3 tablespoon Chop masala Or 3/4th ladle
2 kashmiri red chillis
1/2 teaspoon hing
ghee accordingly
