400g baby octopus
300g for pork bulgogi (front leg meat)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon rice wine
1/2 onion
1/2 green onion (50 g)
20 g perilla leaves
1/2 tablespoon oil
a pinch of sesame seeds

Seasoning)
2 tablespoons red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder,2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon plum syrup,1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger syrup (1/3 teaspoon minced ginger),
1 tablespoon sesame salt, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, a pinch of black pepper

Preparation

1. Trim the baby octopus, add salt and flour, knead it and wash it.Add rice wine (1 tablespoon) and salt to boiling water, add thebaby octopus and blanch for about 20 seconds.
2. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in rice wine (1 tablespoon)
3. Chop the onion coarsely, cut the green onion into small pieces, and cut the perilla leaves into large pieces
4. Mix the seasoning ingredients to make a marinade
5. Add 1/3 of the seasoning to the baby octopus and 2/3 to the pork to season
6. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the green onions first
7. Add the seasoned pork and stir-fry, then add the seasoned baby octopus and onion and finish with perilla leaves and sesame seeds.
