We dive straight into the action as Hulk is smashing away, and the military is trying to destroy him. He is clearly out of control, and the government has been antagonizing the Hulk for his rampages. Meanwhile, a mystery man intends to paint the Hulk in a new different light. In his lab, he is revealed as Rick Jones, and he has Hulk bench pressing in his basement. Hulk wants a spotter, but only David Goggins can spot these kinds of weights.
