In Nepal, the issue of unemployment among the educated is becoming worse. On one side, industrialists and commercial institutions state a shortage of manpower, while on the other side, educated youth are voicing their frustrations over the inability to find jobs. Rather than qualifying individuals for the workforce, schools, and universities in Nepal are becoming factories that merely produce the unemployed. This situation arises from a disconnect between the educational system and the job market's needs.
