This new installment takes the franchise back to its roots, set in early 1900s Sicily, during the formative years of organized crime. Unlike previous games, which were set in the United States, "Mafia: The Old Country" will explore the origins of the mafia in its homeland, focusing on the rise of the mob in a gritty and authentic narrative.
