Kevin Costner steps out with kids at 'Horizon' film premiere in Los Angeles

Kevin Costner turned the film premiere of "Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1" into a family event.

On Monday night in Los Angeles, the actor was beaming as he walked the red carpet and posed for pictures.

The next Western epic's director and actor, Kevin Costner, looked stylish in a tan suit and added black sunglasses to complete the ensemble.

In an Instagram post with pictures from the movie premiere, including one with three of his kids, he said, "Really special night celebrating the @horizonamericansaga premiere, made sweeter with these five by my side."

Seven kids are raised by Kevin Costner. With his ex-wife Cindy Silva, he has a son named Joe Costner and two daughters, Annie and Lily Costner. His ex-partner Bridget Rooney and son Liam Costner are shared.

Along with his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, he is also the father of sons Cayden and Hayes Costner and daughter Grace Avery Costner.

The "Yellowstone" actor, together with his sons Cayden and Hayes, daughters Annie Costner, Lily Costner, and Grace, attended the "Horizon" world premiere at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in May.

In earlier promotional interviews for "Horizon," Kevin Costner disclosed that his fifteen-year-old son Hayes had a brief role in the movie, and that his eldest son also features in a sequence in "Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 2."

During the premiere, Hayes told Access Hollywood that working with his father was "so fun".

He pronounced it "loved." "He was there guiding me by my side and simply taught me everything. that was incredible to watch him direct because I had never seen anything like that before. He's only ever performed for me."

A synopsis of the two-part film event "Horizon: An American Saga" states that it would cover the "Civil War expansion and settlement of the American West."

In addition to Sam Worthington, Jena Malone, Owen Crow Shoe, Tatanka Means, Ella Hunt, Tim Guinee, Michael Angarano, and Sienna Miller, the ensemble cast is renowned for its talent.

The script for "Horizon" was co-written by Jon Baird and Kevin Costner.

On June 28, 2024, "Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1" will open in theaters. On August 16, Chapter Two will open in theaters.
