My next guest is Dr. Max Pelka, a renowned Sports Psychologist with a fascinating journey. After taking a gap year to gain perspective, Max embarked on his academic path in Sports Psychology. He began his career working in the academies of Fortuna Düsseldorf and RB Leipzig, eventually joining the first team under the guidance of coach Ralf Rangnick. Two years later, Max took on a new challenge at Bayern Munich, working alongside Julian Nagelsmann. Today, he runs his own practice, where he helps athletes across various sports reach their full potential.
