Refined flour / maida - 2 cup ( 250 gm )
Ghee / Oil - 5 tbsp ( 50 gm )
Mixed Sev / Aloo bhujiya / Farsan - 2 cup ( 200 gm )
Fennel seeds - 1 TSP
Coriander seeds - 1 TSP
Carom seeds - 1 TSP
Salt to taste
Red chilli Powder - 1 TSP
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Cashew - 2 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 TSP
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Oil for deep fry
