FREE FORMS is a therapeutic concept based on the freedom that art can convey. As an educational psychologist, I have understood through years of experience with my clients that creativity is a key connector between the individual and their self-perception in tangible reality.

The purpose of these workshops is to facilitate self-connection through art. To achieve this, we stimulate the senses through visual and auditory arts:

In the auditory realm, FREE FORMS promotes creativity through spontaneous art. Therefore, the music performed in these workshops is entirely improvised on the spot, generating a spontaneous impact that enhances creativity during the experience.

Although the sounds are entirely organic and improvised, they are pre-adjusted according to the states desired to be induced in the human brain, approaching the experience in a directed manner through music.

In music production, we aim to stimulate sounds in the range of 3.5 to 8 Hz, corresponding to theta waves, which are associated with our imaginative capabilities. These waves show elevated activity during the experience of deep emotions, so the music begins to have effects at an emotional level.

Physically, the goal of inducing this experimental music is to embody the freedom evoked by spontaneous auditory art. Thus, the creativity induced by the music inspires creation from a place of freedom. When I speak of creation, I literally mean expression from the senses, free from all social constraints that hereditarily limit us to cautious expression. FREE FORMS offers freedom of bodily expression, fostering creativity through art, with the main premise of the healing power of art and the creativity that emanates from it.
