Mop sauce Recipe:
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 6-8 cloves of garlic (whole)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 4-5 tbsp franks red hot
- 4-5 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2-3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4C Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2C beer
