When the Massed Bands of the Foot Guards marched off from the Queen's Birthday Parade in June 2019, little did we know it would be the last time we would see them for over two years. Throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic, the bands provided personnel for the national effort to combat the virus. Then in July 2021, just as restrictions on public gatherings sufficiently eased, the bands were back with this, their production of 'The Sword and the Crown'.
