As part of European Retirement Week, the flagship platform to debate the future of pensions, EPRA in cooperation with INREV organised a webinar on ''Real Estate: helping to meet Europe’s retirement needs''.
During the event, top level industry representatives from the listed real estate sector, the pension fund and the insurance industry will discuss real estate’s benefit as long-term investment that match long-term liabilities and the diversification value added by real estate for better risk-adjusted returns, while also helping provide urgently needed senior housing.
