In this video, I breakdown my thoughts on the long awaited return of Jonathan Glazer, and his harrowing, and unexpected, depiction of life during the holocaust: The Zone of Interest.
In 1943, the commandant of Auschwitz, Rudolf Höss, and his wife Hedwig, strive to build a dream life for their family in a house and garden next to the camp.
I discuss the direction, writing, characters and its unique and very A24-esque depiction of a familiar time and premise.
