An injured worker is entitled to be reimbursed for expenses that are incurred as a result of their workers' compensation case: travel to and from doctor's or physical therapist's office - any health care provider's office, public transportation, traveling to and from insurance company's doctor (IME - Independent Medical Exam), and medical devices such as a cane.

If you are not reimbursed or reimbursed timely or fully, contact us and we can request a hearing and the Judge will review it and direct the insurance company to audit the expenses and direct payment if appropriate.
