Assalamualaikum.. kali ini aku bikin banana bread yg wangii bgt, lembuut, legit aroma dan rasa pisangnya berasa bgt.. dipadukan dengan cream cheese filling yg gurih, milky dan creamy..
Bener2 perpaduan yg pas dan balance bgt..
Ini modifikasi resep dari kak luvita ho dan sumber dari ig kak ayu ya..
Cocok buat isian snack box atau buat jualan juga layak bgt..

BANANA BREAD CAKE

RESEP (dividio) pakai loyang 20×20×7cm, pakai suhu 160-170°C, api atas bawah selama 60 menit.
2 butir telur utuh (ukuran besar)
½ sdt garam
160 g brown sugar
160 g gula pasir
560 g pisang (lumatkan)
1 sdt BP
1 sdt BS
384 g tepung terigu pro sedang
1 sdt vanilla
80 g minyak goreng
80 g butter (lelehkan)

Alternatif loyang
Selain pake loyang uk 20, bisa juga pake loyang uk 24×24×4 cm.

RESEP (½ resep) Pakai loyang 18×18×5 cm, pakai suhu 160-170 °C, api atas bawah, selama 30-40 menit.

1 butir telur utuh (ukuran besar)
