120g Greek Yoghurt

2 carrot (more or less 120g)
15g peanut butter

3) Zucchini Brioche
200g Zucchini
2 eggs
85g flour
40g cheese

4) Stuffed Belly Pepper
2 Belly Pepper
50g TVP
35g Grated cheese
150g carrots
60g onion
20g tomato paste
