ingredients:

2 pack boneless salted fidh
2 onions and a quarter
3 or more scotch bonnet peppers
palm oil
1 can of tomato plum
1 pack of eggs
2 packs of frozen spinach
1 can of pilchards and 1 can of maquerel (both in tomato sauce)
Salt (if Needed)
