They are three times more crispy and flavorful than regular French fries.
It's easy to buy and eat, but it gets soggy quickly and you get sick of it after eating a few.

*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Ingredients
- 3 Large potatoes
- 30g(3Tbsp) Corn starch
- Cheese seasoning (to your liking)
- Parsley
- 2 wooden sticks

✤ TIP
- If you don't have cheese seasoning, sprinkle it with salt, curry powder, ramen soup, etc.
- You can use potato starch, but corn starch is crispier.
- When using wooden chopsticks, the sticks are thick so the cut does not go deep and the accordion shape does not come out well. If the stick is too thin, the potato may break.
- The thickness of the wooden stick should be about 1/3 of the thickness of the potato.
