On this video, I cooked up some barbacoa brisket tacos on my Yoder Frontieresman. This recipe was a request by one of my subscribers. These barbacoa brisket tacos are really tasty and simple to make. This barbacoa recipe is the same if you're making this on a peelt smoker or in the oven.. The key is getting lillte smoke flavor on your barbacoa prior to basting it. The Mexican style spices that I used in this video are what truly gives these barbacoa brisket tacos their unique flavor.
