Railway companies that no longer operate under their own names are known in North America as "Fallen Flags" The Canadian National has a handful of companies under their belt that would fit the description. Here are some of my catches of CN's Fallen Flags around Manitoba from 2017 or so, to 2023, Enjoy!
*These are not all of CN's Fallen Flags. Roads such as the Central Vermont, Northern Alberta Detroit, Toledo & Ironton, Duluth Winnipeg & Pacific and the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio were taken over by CN's more recent FF's like Wisconsin Central or the Grand Trunk. Or in some cases, merged directly into CN years ago (NAR), or sold off completely (CV).
I hope to eventually update this compilation with better clips of some of these roads, such as the B&LE, DM&IR and WC.
