Hello,
Today, I share with a recipe for 100% semolina bread cooked in a pan, it is very soft and light, you can enjoy it with a dish in sauce or just with butter.
Ingredients:
- 500g of fine semolina
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 2 tsp dry baker's yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- (300 - 350 ml) lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp of mixture of seeds (nigella, sesame and anise)
