Bosnian burek with potatoes and meat) / Homemade phyllo (or filo) dough
all you need is water and flour with a little oil,
how to stretch this dough with your fingers all over the table,
Stretched dough burek, a dish many haven't tried yet
0.22- stir 750g flour with salt
0.28- gradually add 400ml lukewarm water
0.45- knead dough until all flour is used up and dough become more compact and less sticky
1.18- wrap in plastic bag and let it rest for at least 20min (can also be refrigerated for few days)
1.35- rub dough into flour
1.45- divide dough into two masses (jufka) and knead each in flour
2.39- stretch each out with rolling pin
3.22- oil properly
3.51- mixed burek filling
700g ground beef,
400g grated potatoes
3.58- 2 small onion and 4 garlic cloves
4.08-salt and pepper
4.45- stretch by pulling toward yourself, circling the table
5.11- pull until jufka is completely stretched out
6.37- sprinkle with melted butter, add filling
7.21- roll in half way, both sides
7.42- grease pan with melted butter
8.01- repeat process with second jufka
9.15- sprinkle with some oil
9.26- bake at 220C until golden brown
9.39- spread with some melted butter
