In Gamla (old) Linköping Open-Air Museum, you can travel back in time and experience what Swedish life was like in a small town and in the countryside a hundred or more years ago. It's not an old part of the town but a dedicated area where they have moved old houses from the city center. Here you will find wooden houses surrounded by back yards, beautiful gardens and cobblestone alleys. Here too are many exhibitions, shops and crafts, restaurants and cafés. We visited this place the day before Christmas eve.
