Viserys II Targaryen only ruled Westeros for a year, but helped keep the realm afloat as Hand of the King during the reigns of his brother (Aegon the Dragonbane) and his nephews (Daeron the Young Dragon & Baelor the Blessed). There were a lot of idiotic Targaryens during this time period, and Vizzy's own son, Aegon the Unworthy, was the worst of them all. In all ASOIAF lore, Aegon IV might be the worst king ever. Does Viserys deserve some blame for the outcome of his son? Did his son poison him to take the throne? Did Viserys poison Baelor to take the throne?
