A Tribe Called Judah narrates the story of Jedidah Judah (portrayed by Funke Akindele), a single mother raising five sons, each fathered by men from distinct tribes.

The first two sons dutifully work and strive to assist their mother. However, the remaining three are less supportive: Pere (played by Timini Egbuson) is a habitual thief, Shina (played by Tobi Makinde) engages in thuggery within the community, and Ejiro (portrayed by Olumide Oworu) is mischievous, caring solely for his girlfriend, Testimony (played by Genoveva Umeh). Despite their misbehavior, Jedidah persistently stands by them, offering support and rescuing them from their predicaments.
