A naked-eye comet is coming this mid-October. Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan ATLAS will soon become the brightest comet of this decade. In this video, I will show how, where, and when to see this rare comet. You can easily see comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan ATLAS from 12th October to 20th October with your naked eye in the western evening skies.

Comet Tsuchinshan ATLAS will potentially outshine even the brightest stars of the night sky, and on the 12th and 13th of October, it will potentially reach a negative magnitude. On 27th September Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS (C/2023 A3) is making its closest approach to the sun (0.40 AU) and a surge of solar heat is making the comet visible in dawn twilight.
