Right on the Hawkesbury River at Mooney Mooney close to Sydney is this superb overnight Rest Area.
Toilets and water are available.
There are also plenty of bins.
It is located directly beside the Highway so there is plenty of truck noise. It doesn't bother us but it may if you are a light sleeper.
It is pet friendly.
The cost to stay was Free.
