This was a pretty calm and straightforward trip. We went out as the sun was peeking through the horizon. These ledges were loaded with lobster so I'll hopefully be swinging by when the season opens up. At the end of the video, I explain a super simple recipe for grilling snapper that taste amazing, along with a brief description of an Asian style fish collar/wing grill. We shoot some hogfish, yellow jacks and mackerel on this trip.
