RICE PAPER SEAWEED ROLLS (15 Rolls)

🌸 Potato starch noodles (glass noodles) - 100g
🌸 Water - about 4 cups (for boiling the noodles)
🌸 soy sauce - 2 Tbsp (adjust to your taste)
🌸 Sesame oil - 1 Tbsp
🌸 Sesame seeds - ½ Tsp
🌸 Black pepper powder - a pinch

🌸 Carrot - 100g
🌸 Salt and pepper

🌸 Seaweed sheets - 15 half sheets
🌸 Rice paper - 15 pcs. (use WARM water for soaking, not longer than 5 seconds)

🌸 Vegetable oil for frying
