In 1980, Boston favorites The Fools had just released their debut album "Sold Out." On April Fool's Day 1980, they played a concert at "My Father's Place" in Roslyn, Long Island. The concert was carried by WLIR, and later released as a radio-station promo called "The First Annual Official Unofficial April Fool's Day Live Bootleg."
The Fools were in rare form that night, and this recording is a gem. Enjoy!
