If you don’t have egg bhurji, then paneerbhurji is the best option for you. Paneer is rich source of protein. Today we are making perfect dhaba style paneerbhurji that tastes just awesome. This gravy style bhurji is easy to make and quick one. You will get few tips and tricks to make it perfect dhaba style. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 3 tsp Oil
• Cumin seeds
• 3 medium size finely chopped Onions
• Finely chopped Green chillies
• Ginger-Garlic paste
• Chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tspGaram masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Besan
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 tsp Kasurimethi
• Crumbled Paneer
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add cumin seeds, onion and fry on medium heat until onion gets little deep golden color for
about 7-8 minutes.
• Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
• Add tomato and fry until tomato turns a little soft.
• Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• Fry everything well together for about 2 minutes.
• Move the masala along the edge of the pan add a little oil in the remaining space.
• Add besan and fry it well in oil for about 2-3 minutes.
• Mix besan well with the masala and add salt.
• Mix well and add water.
• Mix well and bring it to boil.
• After boiling the gravy for about 5-7 minutes add kasuri methi and mix well.
• Add paneer and mix well.
• Simmer on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and paneer bhurji is all ready.
