In this episode, I start by flying into Melbourne, where I pick up a hire car and drive three hours up to the charming town of Albury. Albury, located on the New South Wales border to Victoria, is nestled on the banks of the Murray River and offers a unique blend of scenic beauty and rich history.

I then frly from Melbourne, Victoria to Gold Coast, Queensland where I then jead out to Beaudesert for a serious repeat offender before travelling by car out to the regional outback Queensland town of Goondiwindi for a middle range DUI offence at Goondiwindi Magistrates Court.

This spot offers a spectacular sight and an interesting perspective on Australian history.

• Visiting Melbourne: Having some time to spare before flying out of Melbourne Josh drives out to St Kilda and visits Avland Street where he gets a delicious burger and beer at the Abbey Road Cafe. Acland Street is a unique mix of hippies, artists, drug addicts, backpackers and eccentrics. Definitely a fun and interesting vibe happening around St Kilda in Melbourne.

• Legal Insights: Discover the legal challenges and opportunities specific to Albury, as I attend a drink-driving matter at Albury Local Court, sharing my expertise on navigating the local legal environment.

• Travels to Beaudesert: After a productive stay in Albury, I jump on a flight and head to Queensland. My first stop is Beaudesert Magistrates Court, where I attend to a very serious matter involving a gentleman on his seventh drink-driving offence. This case highlights the gravity and complexities of dealing with repeat offenders.

• Journey to Goondiwindi: Following my time in Beaudesert, I venture out west to the very regional area of Goondiwindi. Here, I represent a young man on his middle-range drink-driving offence. Goondiwindi, located in the outback of Queensland, provides a fascinating glimpse into rural life. My father accompanies me on this journey, keeping me company and helping chauffeur me through the long distances. Together, we explore the sights and sounds of outback Queensland, making the journey both professionally and personally enriching.
