This is a recording of a Live Ignite Credential Accelerator Session. Two coaches from Ignite Tribe joined together to conduct an actual coaching session, then Fernando Hettiyadura, MCC debriefs on the demonstrated coaching competencies in the session in comparison to the Minimum Skills Requirements for ICF Credentials. Fernando specifically addresses the Updated ICF Minimum Skills Requirements come to effect in 2022.
The Session was conducted on 29th August 2022.
In this live session, Usa Suayroop, one of the Ignite Graduates was brave to take the role as the coach and Maggy Waithiru joined as the coachee with a deeply heartfelt theme. As much as the coach and the coachee, everyone witnessing this session were moved too. They both demonstrated the power of vulnerability in a safe environment. We thank both Usa and Maggie for a deeply insightful and thought provoking conversation.
Fernando explored several coaching competencies in comparison of execution of them for ICF's ACC, PCC and MCC levels. What are your insights from the session? Share with us in the comments.
