However, the era invented the first rules of good living and thanks to a certain Mr. Gutenberg, it brought cookbooks into all good homes.
But that's not all ! In this period when the first forks appeared on the tables of Lorenzo de' Medici in Tuscany allowing the tasting of products from the new world such as beans, squash, corn, pepper and chocolate, the dishes were less and less spicy and more and more sweet.
