Before the 2021 African Cup of Nations (#AFCON) the #Gambia National Team had never qualified for a tournament in their history. They had to deal with internal turmoil, an exodus of talents, a #FIFA Ban, amongst other things, before things started to turn around. Then they shocked the world, and have continued to show that it was no fluke. They earned it. Here is their story.
