Here's an easy way to store your bench grinder using french cleats. Since this bench grinder isn't going to get too much regular use I thought storing it on the french cleat wall would be perfect! Then I can always take it down and clamp it to my workbench when I need it. All cuts for this tool storage project were made from the scrap wood bin too!
Cuts Used:
Board: 11" x 22" 3/4" Plywood (My workbench is 22" wide)
Cleats: (2) 22" 1x3's
Power Cord Holder: (1) 7" 1x2, (1) 10" 1x2
Supplies Used:
(10) 1 1/4" wood screws
(2) 1 3/4" wood screws
(2) 2" bolts with nuts
(4) washers for the bolts
wood glue
Tools Used:
Power Drill
Table Saw
Counter sink bit
Clamps
