In today’s video, Kasia and Franz from Quinta Kania Permaculture Farm in Portugal take me on a tour of their farm to show me their systems, how they make the most use of local resources, how they've built structures with natural materials sourced from their own land, and even a natural swimming pool (stick around long enough and we’ll even go swimming in it).

Needless to say, I had a great time with this inspirational couple who follow their own heartbeat and offer many exciting things to the public, which you might find interesting.
